Positioned perfectly on an elevated site capturing Green Wedge vistas and boasting an abundance of native bird species, Long View @ Red Hill will delight many guests. Architecturally designed over 2 levels, both levels have king master ensuites and a large living spaces with fireplaces as well as balconies allowing for the comfort of 2 families to enjoy versatile split living zones across all seasons.

On entry an impressive cathedral ceiling living room with a wood fire heater allow for natural light and flow onto a huge entertaining deck housing a barbeque, outdoor lounge and dining, the perfect place to take in outstanding views. Adjacent a modern kitchen features stone benchtops with breakfast bar, 2 fridges, coffee machine (Nespresso), induction cooktop, dishwasher and stainless-steel appliances and overlooks the open plan dining area seating up to 8 guests. The master bedroom has ensuite bathroom, built in robes and private access to west facing balcony. Also on this level is a laundry and two further bedrooms (one with 2 king singles that can be joined and another hosting a queen bed). Both have built in robes and share a family bathroom and powder room as well as and a sunroom which doubles as a single bedroom (booking by request). Downstairs on the lower level is an additional living space which includes an open plan kitchenette, dining and living with gas log fire, a large light filled cathedral ceiling king bedroom with study desk, bathroom with oversized shower, walk in robe, European laundry, separate entry, deck area and car parking. A table tennis table is also available for game nights!

Additional luxury features of the home include split system heating and cooling, complimentary WiFi, coffee machine, fire pit, double carport and circular driveway all set on a 1.6 acre property
