On the second level there two queen bedrooms with an adjoining main bathroom, powder room, euro laundry and a large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room with gas fireplace and sublime, peaceful water views from the upmarket interiors or the covered balcony hosting 2 sunlounges.
On the lower level is a self-contained suite with a further queen bedroom and ensuite bathroom, walk in robe, kitchenette, living room with table tennis, access to the lower level covered deck and pontoon and jetty. A double lockup garage will accommodate 2 cars.
