Celebration Women - Taralye Long Table Lunch Sponsorship

On Friday evening, May 19th, our team had the pleasure of attending Celebration Women - Long Table Lunch which was held at Myer Melbourne's stunning Mural Hall. Within these beautiful surrounds we enjoyed an afternoon of fine food, friendship and inspiration. 

We were one of 4 sponsors at this premier signature event and were extremely privileged to sit among some great names in the industry and media. The keynote speaker was Dr Susan Alberti AC, one of Australia’s pre-eminent philanthropists and Director of the AFL National Women’s League Advisory Group. There was also a very special guest appearance by Ms. Gorgi Coghlan, who co-hosts Network Ten’s The Project.

Our special way of contributing to this highly anticipated event was to provide one our signature, coastal luxury properties for a live auction that took place on the day of the event. We want to thank the owners of Newhaven, a stunning 5-star property located in Mt. Martha, who were generous donors of this sensational live auction prize, which assisted to raise a total of $15,000. This amount will be used to build a brand new Taralye facility centre in the West.

This inaugural event was especially close to hearts since we have been a long time and very proud supporter of the Taralye organisation and the wonderful work that they do. 

Taralye, the oral language centre for deaf children, is Victoria’s leading oral language centre, providing services to deaf and hearing impaired children and their families throughout the State. Their mission is to enhance life opportunities for children who are deaf by working closely with their families to deliver evidence-based programs, by participating in research, and by advocating on their behalf.
