Summer Hills is a delightful family residence is cleverly designed to make the most of the morning light, and remain cool and protected from the afternoon sun. Each of the living areas offers a tranquil floor-to-ceiling vista of the bushland that embraces the property.
Once you’ve arrived, the landscaped front garden and decked porch create a welcoming first impression. The polished floorboards and soaring ceiling of the entry lead the way to the heart of the home – the provincial-style dining space that’s designed to seat your nearest and dearest in comfort.
The open-plan kitchen with its wide stone benches offers every modern appliance you’d expect to find in a contemporary kitchen, making entertaining a breeze. Back inside the home, you’ll find the living room a few steps down from the dining area. It boasts an open fireplace, super-comfortable seating, a huge widescreen TV, DVD player and Wii, and a stereo system that’s connected to discreet ceiling speakers throughout the house.
The residence’s enormous master bedroom features a magnificent view, a wall of built-in robes, and an exquisite bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower, elegant tiling and heated towel rail. Next door, the second bedroom has two king single beds and plenty of storage.
