The pool has several depths and shady spots to cool down on a hot day, extensive grassy grounds (perfect for a backyard private picnic or a game of cricket) and luxury interior. Elmie House overlooks the community tennis court (which guests have access to) and is only one block back from the beach.

Upstairs Elmie House hosts an expansive living space, divided into 3 relaxing retreat areas, including a reading lounge, fireplace lounge and TV lounge leading out to the large entertainer’s upper deck with a new BBQ. Guests will love the water views from the deck, dining and kitchen area with butler’s pantry, so serene – you’ll never want to leave!
Children will love the downstairs games room which hosts a billiard table and TV lounge area with PlayStation. Adjacent in the garage there is a table tennis table for further family fun and a bathroom to compliment poolside facilities. Netflix is also available at this premium holiday home.
The large 4 metre high hedge creates the ultimate privacy for family cricket, bathing and swimming.
Upstairs the master ensuite bedroom, with sweeping, uninterrupted bay views, offers the perfect and most romantic couple retreat. The 4 downstairs bedrooms are large and comfortable accommodating up to 3 families, sleeping 14 guests across 11 beds. This property will accept up to a maximum of 10 adults and up to 4 children.
