The views from Red Hill to Portsea are completely breath taking and forever changing . Enjoy the early morning soft hues across the water to the dramatic sunsets at night and the twinkling lights of Red Hill.

Living is comfortably arranged over 2 storeys and 2 wings. The upper level enjoys the unsurpassed views, open plan living rooms (two), kitchen and dining, flowing out to a large entertainers deck and outdoor setting (to seat 14-16). Walk down from here to the fully fenced splash pool, children's cubby house and extensive manicured gardens sloping down the hill. The perfect backdrop for a small wedding ceremony against the picture perfect bay or relaxation on a beautiful day.

Housing guests is no problem as there are 6 bedrooms and a bunk bed nook for everyone to spread out and enjoy along with a separate hot tub room downstairs, with separate bathroom and toilet. In total there are 5 queen bedrooms, a bunk bedroom (with 2 sets of bunks) and a bedroom containing 2 single beds.
