All bedroom suites are located on the lower level, tastefully designed with extensive space. The master houses a king bed, antique furniture, TV and a gas fireplace. Be pampered in every sense of the word! Walk into the amazing Nicholas Day design ensuite, which comprises of floor to ceiling wardrobe space, a double vanity and a large shower opening into an incredible marble sauna room. When you feel completely relaxed step outside and slip into the 11m x 3m solar / gas heated pool, perfect for swimming year round!

If you don't want to get your feet wet simply settle down in the tasteful poolside furniture and listen to your favourite music on the outdoor entertainment system. There is a separate toilet located next to the sauna which can be accessed from the pool level, access to the laundry and second living room. The second living is the perfect space for watching a movie, providing children with their own space, or relaxing with a good book from the library. There are 3 further bedrooms, one with 2 singles, a queen (with sofa bed, perfect for families with small children), and another with a king. All bedrooms have robes, remote controlled fans, and access to a luxurious marble bathroom with bath/shower and vanity. 3 of the bedrooms open onto a large wrap around deck which showcase stunning sea views. The perfect place to start the day before the bay!

There is secure garaged parking for up to 3 cars and 2 separate gated entrances for a small and large boat.

The adjacent Mt Martha park offers a great coastal walking experience. Safety Beach is 2 minutes by car and Mt Martha beaches and Village 5 minutes.
