On the lower level, there is a private queen bedroom with a small bathroom (shower/toilet). Step out from here onto the front courtyard garden adorned with palm trees and housing a cabana with outdoor spa (seating 8).

There is a pathway down to the Esplanade and parking for 2 cars/small boat.
