There is one bathroom (with double shower), a separate toilet and laundry facilities (washing machine and space for storage). The living/dining/kitchen area is extremely spacious with every detail attended to. The contemporary kitchen has top of the range stainless steel appliances (Whirlpool fridge, microwave, 5-burner cooktop and dishwasher), wine rack and a Caesar stone benchtop, complete with bar stools.
The lounge beckons relaxation, opening up onto the deck, your space is harmonised by the expansive water views. A large chaise lounge governs the room facing a gas log fireplace (remote operated) and huge Plasma (complete with DVD/Stereo/Foxtel).
The outdoor deck is extremely spacious and is the perfect location to relax in the heat of the afternoon in summer with a BBQ (with al fresco dining for 8) or in the Jacuzzi on cooler days/evenings.
