New luxury furnishings grace both levels. The open plan spacious lower level comprises of separate dining (seating 8), a gourmet chefs kitchen (Miele appliances) with Caesar stone island bench, a powder room and laundry. Over looking the front entertainers deck and marina is a spacious contemporary lounge suite (3-seater chaise lounge and 2-seater lounge suite) with entertainment (Plasma TV/DVD/CD player).
Upstairs the Master bedroom (king bed) exudes luxury with a balcony overlooking the waterfront, flatscreen TV, huge walk in robe, and deluxe ensuite (double vanity/double shower/toilet). Further down the hall is a separate toilet contemporary tiled bathroom (bath/shower/vanity), 2 large bedrooms, 1 x queen (with robes) 1 x single and bunk bed (with robes).
With additional access to a 10 metre boat berth (priced separately - P.O.A), Martha Cove harbour allows completely unrestricted access to Port Phillip Bay. Unleaded & Diesel Fuel is available for boats. There is also a Public Boat Ramp nearby.
State-of-the-art air conditioning/heating, intercom, gated security entrance, lockup remote garage for 2 cars, 24-hour security and camera surveillance add to the luxury package.

Area description
Walk 200 metres along the boardwalk for fantastic swimming at Safety Beach. Great fishing spots and Sailing Club located nearby. Many other fantastic bay beaches, wineries, restaurants and golf clubs only minutes away. Approx 1hour 20min cruise from Melbourne CBD to Martha Cove Marina. The Marina Manager's Office is situated on site. Minutes to South Beach, Mt Martha and Mt Martha or Dromana Village by car.
