One of these bedrooms has a TV and DVD. Designer gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including 2 chefs ovens and 2 dishwashers. Huge open plan living area with contemporary gas fireplace and home theatre/entertainment system including a 60-inch plasma TV, DVD, Playstation 3, Platinum Foxtel IQ and a separate area for children to play. Fully air-conditioned and heated.
Fantastic outdoor living includes large entertaining deck, al fresco dining with BBQ. Relax and enjoy the sweeping bay and city views.
Downstairs has entertainment plus! On this level relax in the beautiful indoor heated pool or use the fully equipped gym. The lower deck opens onto the back lawn with cubby, trampoline and swing set for the children. There are 2 further bedrooms, 1 x King (which can be made into 2 king singles), and 1 x Queen bedroom. There is a separate bathroom (bath/shower/toilet) and laundry facilities.
A 2 car remote operated garage allows you to enter the house internally.
