Our 24/7 hot-line enables you to reach out to us when it matters. Emergency calls are handled immediately and all other enquiries during office hours.

We value service feedback and request all in-house guests to contact us during your stay should you need assistance. Our team of professionals on the Peninsula can then attend to your request as soon as matters arise.

Perfect Pampering at your Holiday Shacks destination

Enjoy a beautiful pampering massage or treatment with our trained therapists in the privacy of your Holiday Shacks accommodation for yourself, two of you, or a whole group! We come to you and provide therapists trained in Massage, Facials, Pedicures, Foot and Scalp Treatments as well as Yoga, Belly Dancing and Psychic Readings. Ideal for couples, pre-wedding and special occasion group bookings, ladies pamper retreats and corporate bookings.

A full body massage, a beautiful facial, or a combination of any of our in-house guest spa treatments, we can tailor your experience to meet your exact requirements. Your relaxation and enjoyment is of the utmost importance to us, so we will listen and plan the perfect treatment just for you.

Our pampering spa treatments are environmentally conscious. All treatments require a minimum of water, power and resources in order to limit our environmental impact and contribute to a more sustainable Australia.

Therapists are available 7 days a week for your pampering enjoyment.

GOURMET EXPERIENCES

Providing a superior level of catering with 20 years experience in the industry our teams of dedicated chefs deliver the finest product utilizing predominantly locally produced product from the Mornington Peninsula.

Our preference is always for free-range and organic whole products to ensure the food you are receiving has been handled with love and care all the way along the ‘chain’ to your table.

Should you be searching for assistance with a gourmet food experience we have a large range of catering options showcasing the fine produce of the Mornington Peninsula. Our chefs are highly trained in the art of food preparation enabling either an ‘in house’ chef/Masterchef experience or a fine dining/restaurant style preparation should you prefer. Along with our chefs, we have wait staff available should you require their services to complete your relaxing evening of entertainment.

We accommodate options for vegetarians and vegans and requested dietary requirements and match food with local wine where requested to serve you a complete Morninington Peninsula taste sensation.

Popular catering requests include sit down family and special occasion dinners, corporate lunches and ladies High Teas.

HOUSEKEEPING & LINEN SERVICES

Holiday Shacks aim to make your stay as comfortable and stress free as possible. We offer a range of housekeeping services for all Holiday Shacks properties for longer stays.

Our housekeeping services include mid-stay cleans (for guests booking a minimum of 7 to 14 nights) and mid-stay linen laundering. Although linen is provided for your 7-night stay, additional costs apply for these services. We are happy to quote to your personalized requirements and organize this service prior to your arrival. Please contact us directly to discuss.

CHILD MINDING / BABYSITTING SERVICES

Holiday Shacks provide babysitting and child-minding services for a few hours or a few days to suit your requirements. Please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your requirements so we can find the best-fit Nanny to suit your needs.

Most of our properties are child friendly and provide a port-a-cot and high chair FOC, however if you require additional items we would be happy to provide you with hire quote for your length of stay. Minimum charges apply. Please contact us to discuss.

LUXURY TRANSFERS

Holiday Shacks provide airport transfers from Melbourne Tullamarine Airport direct to your Holiday Shack. Your driver will be there to collect you on arrival and drive you to the Mornington Peninsula in the comfort of a luxury car. The length of time from the airport to your Holiday Shacks holiday destination varies, however most drive times are between 1 – 1.5 hours (Northern Mornington Peninsula being Mount Eliza, Mornington, Mount Martha) up to 1.5 to 2 hours (Mid-Southern Peninsula being McCrae, Rye, Blairgowrie, Sorrento and Portsea). Please contact us to discuss your details to or from the airport.
