Classic large family beach house with trampoline on huge fenced grounds, only 200 metes walk to the beach.
Single level, fully fenced holiday house, perfect for 2-3 families, located only 5 minutes walk to the front bay beach.
Set up with all the holiday amenities desired, this traditional art deco style, well decorated beachside holiday house has everything needed to make family holidays or weekend getways a pleasure. There is a large open plan living/dining area, equipped with a Plasma TV and comfortable lounge suite, large timber dining table, seating eight.
Further heating/cooling is provided through a split system located in the lounge area. The galley kitchen is located at the rear of the house adjacent to the laundry and overlooks a large garden.
There are 4 bedrooms comprising of 2 triple bunk bedrooms, queen bedroom (with robes), a Master Queen bedroom with TV, trundle bed and double shower ensuite/toilet and vanity. All bedrooms are carpeted, with polished boards throughout all living areas. True South Beach House sleeps 12 people in total.
A family bathroom has a bath/shower/vanity and there is a separate toilet.
Holiday boardgame activities are available as well as a trampooline for the children and rear private al fresco dining. The lower main gates can be shut to create a secure fully fenced environment for young children riding bikes up the driveway. There is ample parking on the property for 3-4 cars. Or 2 cars and a boat.
