This double storey rendered home as been fully furnished with all new furniture and amenities available for bookings from December 2011. Downstairs there is ample space which children will love with a table tennis table and rumpus room area complete with a couch, bean bags and plasma TV which can be adjusted for viewing from the bar area. There are two bedrooms on this entry level.
Upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms including the master with ensuite, a further bathroom, open plan living, dining (for 8) leading outside to a covered, private entertainment area, complete with outdoor furniture and a trampoline on the rear, elevated landscaped garden. This rear area is private and fully fenced and safe for children.
A front balcony offers further indoor/outdoor flow from the front living room.
There is plenty of off street parking for several cars and a boat with one lockup garage. Further amenities include ducted heating and spilt system airconditioning (upstairs), along with ceiling fans in upstairs bedrooms and living area.
