With The Retreat, privacy is assured; with an intercom system (with video screen) and superb, spacious indoor/outdoor flow set back from the front of the house. Enjoy the trickling sound of water from the rock garden fountain (sourced from bore water) and gentle sea breeze while relaxing under a shaded outdoor area hosting 10 outdoor chairs and table and a plumbed in Rinnai Gas BBQ.

The interior has been thoughtfully furnished. In the front living there is a Gas Fireplace and large, stylish leather modular. Relax to music from the CD/stereo unit or enjoy a good book/game here. This carpeted area with dual block out blinds is perfect for adults wishing for some quiet time.

No expense has been spared with materials. Hallway floors have been furnished with Italian porcelain tiles leading to the expansive modern kitchen boasting a laminex grain, butlers pantry, refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, Miele dishwasher and 5 burner gas cooktop oven. The island bench provides ample cooking and entertaining space, with functional soft closing draws.

The kitchen overlooks the dining and second living space. The dining room has a 10-seater table, adjacent to the living, which suits family living, with a Plasma TV, DVD player, X-Box and modular seating 4-5 people.

Set on one flat level, the property is easy to navigate and boasts 3 distinct sleeping zones. The first off the living hallway has a queen bedroom, with robes and an adjacent ensuite (vanity and shower). There is a separate powder room easily accessible for guests. All bedrooms have evaporative cooling and ducted heating throughout. There is a study next to this room, which doubles well as a spare room for children needing port-a-cots.

The second bedroom is the extremely spacious master, with a king size bed, 32" LCD TV and built in DVD player, large walk in robe and access to a private courtyard to enjoy the morning sun with breakfast for 2. The ensuite has a rainwater shower, dual vanity and toilet. A TV unit is well positioned for additional entertainment.

The laundry opposite has a washing machine/dryer and access to a pathway leading to an outdoor shower and clothes line. The Retreat is located on an elevated site and from the rear of the property a glimpse of Sorrento Village can be seen.

Two further bedrooms are found at the rear of the house with a shared ensuite (shower/bath/vanity) and separate toilet. There is a queen bedroom with robes and a further bedroom with 2 bunks (sleeping 4) with robes.
