Outdoor space is at a premium. Enjoy resort style living relaxing in one of the many sun lounges around the solar heated 11 x 4 m inground pool or enjoy a game of tennis on the flood lit mod grass championship sized tennis court. Adjacent is a spacious self contained bungalow which can sleep 4 (queen and a sofa bed) with a small ensuite (shower and toilet). There is a vegie patch and some chickens located at the rear of the property to take in the country lifestyle.
Spacious accommodation in the main homestead means both adults and children are easily pleased. 3 bedrooms (master with queen bed, en-suite with a large shower, toilet and walk in robe, bedroom 2: queen, bedroom 3: queen, 2 living zones, open plan dining and country style kitchen creates the ideal beach holiday for 2 families.
Downstairs there is a separate entertainment zone, including a Pool Table/Games room, small TV and sound system.
This expansive sunny "Queenslander" style deck is ideal for summer BBQ meals and relaxing on the sofa beds. With al fresco dining for 8 and perfect indoor/outdoor flow through the open doors, your holiday entertaining and relaxation is complete.
There are 2 bathrooms in the main house, one ensuite and a further bathroom with a spa bath, shower, toilet and vanity and a separate laundry.
This property is not suitable for small children.
A small boat can easily be accommodated on site.
