With only a few minutes walk to Sorrento's famous gentle swimming bay beach, ocean surf beaches, coastal walks, historic sites and established shopping, restaurants and cafes, you will be in holiday heaven.
Located down a sealed driveway, this private self-contained residence is fronted by a manicured tropical garden with a palm, lit up at night until dawn. The sweeping Queenslander style veranda, invites you to relax and is the perfect place for enjoying dining al fresco around a new 8 seater outdoor Rattan dining table. Downstairs there is a gorgeous retreat for BBQ's around a huge sandstone paved area while relaxing on a 6 seater L shaped outdoor Rattan couch. You and the children will relax in this setting, with easy access to a downstairs living room, perfect for children to watch movies from the TV/DVD player while everybody is around the BBQ.
Upstairs on entry, a well designed open plan living room with a wood fireplace, modern leather chaise lounge suite, TV and DVD player greet guests. This area is adjacent to the open plan dining room (seating 8) and modern kitchen with appliances.
There are 3 bedrooms, all tastefully furnished and designed to receive wonderful light. The Master has a queen bed, with a wardrobe and ensuite (toilet/shower/vanity). Two further rooms contain: two king singles and robes, and a queen bedroom with robes. All bedrooms are carpeted. The second bathroom has a bath/toilet/vanity.
Downstairs is a further living room, containing 2 sofas and a TV, an ideal hideaway for children to play games/watch TV or a place for a quiet read.
There is a large double garage available and ample room for a small boat and 2 further cars.

Sorrento Village is only 200 metres walk and the Bay beach 800 metres. Portsea Village is 10 minutes drive. The Queenscliff Car Ferry at Sorrento wharf is 5 minutes drive.
