There is a large living area at the front with a modern leather chaise lounge suite taking in superb views of the water through the floor to ceiling windows. The rear living space on this level contains a powder room, another lounge suite, Plasma TV and DVD player and opens up onto the large rear private balcony with vews across to Red Hill. Upstairs maximises beachside living, while downstairs contains the bedrooms. The king master bedroom is at the front of the house with a Plasma TV, water views and a stunning ensuite (shower/double vanity/toilet) and walk in robes. Another bedroom contains a triple bunk bed (sleeping 3 - double on bottom and single on top) and a single. There is also a queen bed in the rear bedroom along with the main bathroom (containing a spa bath and shower). A laundry cupboard is located on the ground level (with washing machine and dryer) and a rear 2 car remote garage with internal access.
