There is plenty to do at this luxury holiday home which has been designed to incorporate private outdoor living. The rear of the property houses a sensational inground 9.4 m x 4 m pool and spa surrounded by a landscaped tropical garden. Enjoy your summer days in the privacy of this fully fenced resort style space. Pool equipment is provided for children along with a trampoline, swing and table tennis table housed in an entertainment room overlooking the pool deck. Walk along the flat to Safety Beach in 5 minutes or stroll the marina boardwalks admiring water life activities.
Enjoy a BBQ on the top level deck overlooking Red Hill (seating 8), which is magical in the evening. Red Hill is famous for it's wineries and markets.
Upstairs contains an open plan modern and chic living, dining and kitchen space which flows onto the upper deck. The queen master bedroom (carpeted) has access to the front deck, a large walk in robe and ensuite bathroom (shower/toilet/vanity). There is a TV and DVD in this room.
Further down the hall are 2 double bedrooms (with robes), the main bathroom (large shower/large bath/vanity), powder room and a separate large living space with a running machine, flatscreen TV and games. There is access from this room to a large rear upper deck over looking the pool.
Downstairs is the 4th bedroom (queen) with robes, a laundry and separate toilet opening at the rear to the large indoor/outdoor entertainment space overlooking the pool.
There is ample parking in the flat driveway for a small boat and 3-4 cars.
