Walk up 30 steps from the offstreet parking bay to the main lower entrance which comprises of 2 bedrooms (one with a triple bunk bed, children's facilities and queen bedroom with robes), bathroom, outdoor shower and lower outdoor deck.

Magnificent views and seabreezes can be captured on the second (top) level which features open plan living, dining, kitchen opening to an expansve upper deck with outdoor furntiure and BBQ. Spilt level living at the rear encopmpasses a further queen bedroom, and bathroom (with bath).

Additional features include reverse cycle cooling/heating and Plasma TV.

This property is not suitable for small children aged 2-4 years.
