Only a short distance to the Tyrone bay foreshore (superb for swimming with small children with its gentle waves and shallow waters), Rye and Blairgowrie Villages, Lazy Days is perfectly located to enjoy the best of the Mornington Peninsula.
Enjoy summer days relaxing in the private rear garden complete with a swimming pool and jacuzzi. For additional entertainment there is covered outdoor dining (for 14) with a table tennis table overlooking a fernery, a games room complete with a billiard table and a kitchenette. There is ample space for 2-3 families.
Main indoor living comprises of a open plan lounge, 6 seater dining, kitchen and 4 bedrooms. There is a queen with a bunk bed and cot available, a second queen bedroom with a bunk and cot, main bathroom with bath/shower/toilet and vanity. A further double bedroom is located towards the back of the house along with a further queen bedroom with ensuite (shower/vanity/toilet and walk in robe/TV). The master overlooks the beautiful garden space and pool entertainment.
A small boat can easily be accommodated on site.
