Gorgeous coastal beach house with very private manicured landscaped gardens, in-ground swimming pool receiving all day sun, 8 seater jacuzzi, cabana, al fresco dining and undercover parking for a boat located in a quiet and private beachside address only 300m to Tyrone foreshore bay beach.
A generous rear living space is perfect for relaxing on a huge chaise lounge suite in front of a new entertainment unit. A chic dining room with an Open Fire Place, will play host to wonderful get together meals and is adjacent to the open plan well equipped kitchen. This property accommodates 12 people, including a master (queen) with a walk in robe and LCD TV. There are two further bedrooms including a queen with a small robe, a bunk bedroom (with 2 sets of bunks) and 2 bathrooms in the house one with a bath/shower/vanity/toilet located between bedroom 2 and 3 and a second newly renovated bathroom (complete by late October 2011) with a shower/vanity/toilet is located by the kitchen/living area. A private studio bedroom (queen with a set of bunks) is accessed externally and is located at the rear of the house amongst a tranquil garden setting.
