The front deck offers a superb dining experience with umbrella shade for up to 12 people. At the rear of the property a newly landscaped garden offers another zone for those wishing to relax in the Jacuzzi in complete luxury and privacy. (The Jacuzzi will be fully fenced with glass by the end of August 2009). All year round enjoyment can be had outdoors and in.
The interior of Florentine Beach House is immaculate and filled with light. A welcoming living room tastefully designed and inspired by the coast beckons. The open plan living room and dining (for 6) are spacious. There is a breakfast bar to accommodate children and a fully stocked kitchen.
Two queen bedrooms (one with ensuite - shower/toilet) the main bathroom, (with shower, bath and vanity), separate toilet and a further bedroom with 2 king singles and trundles, invites the perfect set-up for 2 families on holiday, a corporate retreat or relaxing girls weekend away.
The property is located in a quiet coastal street, 20 minutes (flat) walk to the front bay beach. There is ample parking for several cars or a car and boat.

Florentine Beach House is a lovely 15-20 minute stroll to the front bay beach and is close to Rye Village (20 min walk/2 min drive), many Peninsula wineries (10 mins drive), Moona Links Golf Course (10 min drive), Red Hill (12 min drive), Arthurs Seat (10 min drive), Sorrento (10 min drive) and Gunnamata Surf Beach (8 min drive).
