Eight people can comfortably dine at the table, after cooking a customary Aussie barbeque on the user-friendly 4-burner whilst a kick of the footy and summer cricket matches can be played safely in the enclosed rear yard or the whisper-quiet street.
Gas-ducted-heating provides constant warmth throughout the home and a stereo; flat-screen TV’s (x2) plus DVD players (x2) provide perfect indoor entertainment.
The central bathroom is fitted with a relaxing bath and the handy laundry includes washing/drying facilities with easy external access.
Boating enthusiasts or visitors can utilise the off-street parking options, a double remote garage adds internal entry and the free-standing games room to the rear accommodates billiard table and football tables for everybody to enjoy.
Walk the picturesque bush-trail to blossoming Blairgowrie shops along the cliff-line and return along the coast following a magical 20 minute beach stroll.
