This 2 storey house has 2 living areas on both levels, perfect for adult and children retreats, with the upper level opening up onto 2 entertainers decks (one with an outdoor setting for 8 and a BBQ) to capture the remarkable views across the bay, Fishermans Beach and adjacent Reserve. There is direct access onto the Reserve through the main gate to this property and space to store your surfboard!

The upstairs living area has a wonderful feel, and is extremely cosy in winter with the gas fireplace. This open plan living/dining (for 8) and kitchen are full of light and spacious enough to accommodate 2 families. The living area is carpeted as are all bedrooms for extra warmth and comfort.

The kitchen has all the modern conveniences and luxury appliances, including a double drawer Fisher and Paykel dishwasher, stove and Fridge/Freezer. There is a spacious pantry and ample cupboard space, finished with a gorgeous stone bench top.

An elegant office desk graces the hallway space, where there is also an audio system.

There are 3 bedrooms and an additional; private living downstairs space with a sofa bed, which can be converted into a fourth bedroom. The master (with queen and access to the deck and views of the Reserve) has a deluxe extremely spacious ensuite, with a stunning freestanding bath, double shower, double vanity and toilet and plenty of wardrobe space. The adjacent bedroom, which contains a triple bunk bed, trundle and robes, sleeping 4 people. The upstairs living room contains a sofa bed.

Downstairs contains a further deluxe Queen Bedroom with robes a luxurious bathroom opposite with shower/vanity and toilet, laundry cupboard and a second living room, with a wet bar, TV/DVD, ceiling fans and access to a lovely light filled courtyard with outdoor furniture.

This property is completely secure, with an intercom and double remote lockup garage. Parking for a 3rd car is in front of the garage.
