Uninterrupted panoramic views across Port Phillip Bay from the heads to the You Yang's to the lights of Melbourne, this modern family home can accommodate up to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms with the added comfort of reverse cycle A/C located on the upper level and ducted heating throughout.

The upstairs living area with polished floor boards takes full advantage of the beautiful views with a large entertaining balcony to dine Alfresco.
The lounge area has a 50 inch Plasma with surround sound, dining setting for 8 and brand new kitchen with all the modern conveniences, Miele DW, Maytag Fridge with ice/water, Miele Gas cook top with Electric oven.

The spacious Master bedroom has a Queen size bed where you can lay in bed and watch the boats sail by. It also has LCD TV access to a large balcony and bay views. Ensuite has a luxurious Spa bath with shower, heated towel rail, WC and vanity with walk in robe.

Sliding doors from the dining area lead out to a small totally covered out side retreat which leads onto a fully enclosed Games Room with Treadmill, Gym equipment, Pool Table, TV and wet bar. There is another entertainment area on the upper level adjacent to the Games Room with another outdoor setting seating 4, fully undercover over looking the back garden surrounded by Banana Palms complete with veggie patch and BBQ with outdoor water feature.

The lower level consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have spectacular Bay and pool views, each have Queen beds. Third bedroom has 2 sets of bunks. Main bathroom with full bath, WC, shower and vanity.

Solar heated pool (fully fenced) with uninterrupted bay views where you can escape the heat of the day and a third outdoor setting by the pool area where on a calm day you can watch Dolphins at play and luxurious yachts and motor launches sail past, the pool area is fully fenced.

There is another outside courtyard behind the house, on the lower level which has a fourth setting for two, if you want to break away from the sun and have some quiet time, surrounded by Banana Palms, great area for the children to play out of the rays of the hot afternoon Sun.

The laundry is located in the garage and provides guests with a 7kg FL WM and 6kg Dryer. Secure off street parking, garage with remote controlled door and room for a boat on the nature strip or additional parking. Pets are welcome with prior approval from the owners, however pets must remain outside at all times, there is a warm bed in the garage.
