This resort style 2-storey house with breath taking bay views towards Melbourne, hosts the open plan living/dining and kitchen area on the upper level to maximize enjoyment of the changing water views of Port Phillip Bay. The kitchen has 8 bar stools around the island bench which doubles as a dining table. A Butlers Pantry, dishwasher, oven, 5-burner gas cooktop, microwave and Evaporative cooling are here on this level. Walk across to the living area and relax on the chaise lounge, to enjoy TV entertainment (Plasma/DVD) or the sensational water views.
The upper outdoor deck from the living area enjoys 5 star views and some outdoor furniture. There are 4 bedrooms on the entrance/upper level containing one with 2 singles and robes, 2 queen bedrooms, one with robes, TV/DVD and port-a-cot and a fourth with a double bed, robes, TV/DVD. The bathroom on this level has a bath, shower and vanity. There is a separate toilet, laundry (Washing Machine /Dryer) and clothes line.
Downstairs is the fifth bedroom, a divine queen canopy bed with a walk in robe and ensuite (bath/toilet/vanity). There is a spacious living area with bi-fold doors leading to a private, tranquil imaculately landscaped garden and stunning fully fenced inground solar haeted pool and cabana.
All the luxuries of gold class viewing are here. The adjacent home theatre hosts a bar and Blu Ray, high definition screen viewing with surround sound.
Enjoy days at the beach, the local cafe scene at Mt Martha, strolls through the nearby Mt Martha National Park, which has a playground and is substantially shaded on hot days. Enjoy a short drive to Red Hill wineries and markets, Dromana and Safety beaches. Local Mt Martha Golf course is only minutes away.

- Serenity was the most amazing house I have ever stayed in. The layout of the house was spectacular, with entertaining areas both upstairs, with spectacular views overlooking the bay, and downstairs with the gorgeous, refreshing (and heated!) pool. Each bedroom was roomy and the beds comfy. The floor to ceiling windows upstairs which gave breathtaking views of the bay were to die for. The balcony fully equipped with a BBQ was great for entertaining. The media room was fun. Just like having your own movie cinema. The pool was definitely the highlight as whilst swimming you still had bay views. I would recommend Serenity to anyone wanting to feel like a queen (or king!). Sandra, Nov 2010
