The upper level deck is perfect for al fresco dining. Shade can be sought under the Balinese style cabana. On the upper level of the house is the large living space, separate dining, kitchen and laundry. There are 2 bedrooms, the master with king (or 2 king singles), lounge area with views, TV/DVD, ensuite (shower/toilet) and walk in robe. The other bedroom has a double and single bed, which is opposite the main bathroom (spa bath/shower and toilet). There is a rear sunroom, with a sofa bed and TV, great as a separate retreat for children. The sunroom has direct access to a rear private landscaped courtyard, which is elevated to capture the seaviews. There is seating and a sandpit.

On the lower level, there is a private queen bedroom with a small bathroom (shower/toilet). Step out from here onto the front courtyard garden adorned with palm trees and housing a cabana with outdoor spa (seating 8).

There is a pathway down to the Esplanade and parking for 2 cars/small boat.
