Located on a hill, with stunning views overlooking Port Philip Bay and a superb in-ground solar heated swimming pool, this holiday house is surrounded by native bush to offer complete privacy.
Catch gentle sea breezes from the large upper deck or dine al fresco with a BBQ and watch the sun set. Alternatively, enjoy superb views from the lounge (complete with Plasma TV, Wine Bar and Wine Fridge). The chefs kitchen is located on this level with all the luxury appointments, including a dual Fisher and Paykel s/steel dishwasher, 2 door fridge with water dispenser, insinkorator, chefs oven, microwave and caesar stone benchtops. Down the hall is the Master bedroom (Queen) complete with TV, huge walk in robe and en-suite (bath/shower/vanity) and a separate toilet.
Level 3 of this 3 split level home, a few steps down from the lounge has a large modern dining table (which can seat up to 12 people) and a private balcony with views (with new modern balcony railing just installed - August 2011).
Level 2, contains a large queen bedroom, bathroom and separate laundry which leads out onto a sloping path down to the outdoor inground solar heated pool and lounge chairs.
On Level 1 there is a large bedroom with another TV and bean bags designed for a children's retreat containing a double and triple bunk bed (double on the bottom, single on the top) leading onto a private, shaded balcony overlooking the pool, along with a study nook. Perfect family accommodation.
A games room adjacent to the house in the garage contains a table tennis table and dart board and houses the pool toys and lounges.
