Private family holiday retreat with solar heated pool, spa, tennis court, set on 1 acre of complete bushland privacy. Short walk to the golden sands of Mt Martha beach.
This holiday house has plenty of entertainment outdoors. The inground pool, an outdoor dining area, tennis court with outdoor lighting, in-ground trampoline and basketball hoop make this a wonderful family holiday home! An 8-seater spa pool is a new addition to this property in December 2011.
Added features include ample parking for a boat and up to 4 cars and WiFi access.

*Seven night minimum stay during High Season. Public Holiday Weekends charged at Shoulder Season Rates, with the exception of Australia Day and Easter Weekends, charged at High Season Rates.
