Follow the decked pathway to the middle of the dwelling to begin exploring. To your left is the bedroom wing and rumpus room opening onto a sunny deck. The family bathroom opens from here – it has a separate bath and shower, and heated towel rails. 

Ascend the concealed staircase to the enormous master bedroom above. It will take your breath away as you take in the uninterrupted bay view, two balconies and the peaceful atmosphere. This room is furnished with a queen-size bed, plus chaise lounge, and features a ceiling fan, large walk-in robe and an en suite with a walk-in shower.

The terracotta-tiled central kitchen and meals area is truly the heart of this gorgeous home. It features generous benches, a stainless-steel European oven and cook top, a dishwasher and a multitude of practical small appliances including a breadmaker, a juicer and an ice cream maker to help you make the most of your holiday – after all, here you have the time to indulge. The wisteria-draped pergola is the perfect spot to sit and enjoy your feast.

The comfortable formal living space is located just down the corridor, past the downstairs bathroom and the magical children’s bedroom with its cosy bunk beds and porthole window.

The formal lounge is a peaceful place to unwind listening to music or catching a movie after a busy day at the beach. Or, if you’re in the mood to entertain, French windows open onto the magnificent deck where cooling sea breezes have refreshed generations of guests over the years. 

Beyond the entertaining area, the shady garden offers numerous tranquil spots in which to relax and beautifully landscaped natural garden beds.  And there’s one final surprise at the bottom of the garden – a private walkway that leads directly to the calm and shallow waters of Mount Martha Beach North Beach and boat sheds.
