This new holiday home is simply stunning. The sweeping bay views across the Mornington Peninsula will take your breathe away. The accommodation for this holiday house is on the lower level of this 2 story property, but all the luxury amenities will be yours exclusively. Apartment style living consists of 1 queen with a triple bunk in the same bedroom with robes, making it a fantastic holiday getaway for one family or two couples. There is also a huge chaise lounge which converts to a sofa bed in the living area. Walk out directly onto the outdoor pool area from the second bedroom (with queen bed). This room is located separately from the main living area.
Every amenity about this luxury holiday home will impress. Access to an outdoor fireplace and outdoor setting for 8, huge in-ground gas heated pool (on request temp set between 25-30 degrees), with small splash pool and fountain, a cabana with pool bar and separate toilet, outdoor shower, golf putting green, basketball ring, children's swings, an entertainment system and surround sound top the list.
Inside the amenities are just as impressive. Relax in the deluxe living space with chic modern couches and Plasma TV with DVD and Stereo with surround sound. One of the couches can be opened up as a queen sofa bed. Adjacent is the modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, hotplates, wet bar, microwave and commercial fridge. A huge outdoor BBQ can be utilised for further cooking purposes with a motorised awning for protection.
There is one bathroom (with a shower/vanity/toilet) adjacent to the main bedroom. This bedroom can be separated from the living space by a bifold curtain.
There is a Beach Box available for guest use at Safety Beach (P.O.A.) next to the Marina entrance.
There is ample parking space for several cars and a boat.
Kanangra is available for year round holiday bookings.
