Holiday living in paradise! Baylyne on Park is designer holiday living at it's best! Spacious and modern throughout this house has it all, offering the creme de la creme amenities for 2-3 families, 5 bedrooms (7-9 beds) or for the perfect corporate getaway.

Upper split level living includes master bedroom with 4-poster king sized Balinese bed, ensuite (spa bath/vanity/toilet), walk-in-robe, TV, DVD, electric blinds and bay views. 2 further bedrooms are on this level - Bedroom 2 has 1 double and 1 single bed and a TV and DVD. Bedroom 3 has a king or 2 king singles, plus a single. The designer gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including 2 chefs ovens and 2 dishwashers. There is a huge open plan living area with contemporary gas fireplace and home theatre/entertainment system including a 60-inch plasma TV, DVD, Playstation 3, Platinum Foxtel IQ and a separate area for children to play. An addiitonal second living space accessed from the main living area is the perfect retreat to relax, containing a library and 42 inch Plasma TV. There is office desk space which compliments the perfect corporate retreat. Baylyne is fully air-conditioned and heated.

Fantastic outdoor living includes large entertaining deck, al fresco dining (for 12) with BBQ. Relax and enjoy the sweeping bay and city views.

Downstairs has entertainment plus! On this level relax in the beautiful indoor heated pool or use the fully equipped gym. The lower deck opens onto the back lawn with cubby, trampoline and swing set for the children. There are 2 further bedrooms, 1 x King (which can be made into 2 king singles), and 1 x Queen bedroom. There is a separate bathroom (bath/shower/toilet) and laundry facilities.

A 2 car remote operated garage allows you to enter the house internally.
