There is an Eco Playground located a short distance from the house. This modern holiday house will create wonderful holiday memories.
Bay View House has a gourmet kitchen with Miele stainless steel appliances, Asko Dishwasher, open plan living, dining area which flows through to the entertaining deck. Enjoy sensational sunsets and sunrises across the water while dining al fresco on the eight seater table.
There are four bedrooms and a study with a sofa bed. On the upper level is the study and queen master bedroom with a ceiling fan, which takes in the bay light, elevated views and has a stunning ensuite (shower/bath/toilet) and robes. Three further bedrooms, main bathroom and powder room are on the lower level contain a queen, 1 x 2 singles, 1 x 2 singles and a trundle.
On this level is a huge living space perfect for entertaining children, full of toys, a table tennis table, soccer table and Yamaha piano, which opens onto a huge rear deck. Outside there is plenty of space for children to play.
