Amalfi Beach House has a grand sweeping driveway, perfect for outdoor family games and 2 secure high fenced gates. The property is completely private and cannot be seen from the access road. The rear garden has a large deck, great for enjoying a long summer lunch.
Inside Amalfi Beach House there is enough space for everyone. A newly renovated open plan kitchen with a large stainless steel fridge, butlers pantry, chefs oven, coffee machine and dishwasher make cooking a breeze. The breakfast bar stools are a great height for children, while the open plan dining room is perfect for relaxing over good conversation. There are 2 separate living areas. One adjacent to the dining and kitchen and another at the entrance to the house. On cooler days enjoy relaxing in front of the fireplace.
3 large bedrooms and 3 smaller ones, complete family holiday living. This property is designed to sleep 6-8 adults/children and 2/3 infants as there are smaller rooms to accommodate port-a-cots or cots alone.
The 2 bathrooms have been fully renovated and are as new with 2 large showers/vanities/toilets in each.
There is ample room to park boats.
