To your right as you enter, you’ll find the cosy formal living room, complete with a wide-screen TV and open fireplace with sofa bed (perfect for children).  Double doors lead through to the dining room and central kitchen. The kitchen offers every convenience you’d expect to find in your home-away-from-home, including wall oven, microwave, and a breakfast bar where family and friends can perch to keep the cook company.

The huge informal living zone provides a welcoming space to relax, catch a movie or simply unwind after a day of fun at the beach. A sliding door opens to the large L-shaped deck and al fresco dining area; from here you can enjoy the shade of established trees to filter the afternoon sun.

The accommodation includes two stylishly decorated queen bedrooms at the front of the residence (one with built-in robe) and a generous master bedroom at the rear. The master bedroom offers a peaceful view of the garden and features a walk-in robe and a large light-filled en suite with walk-in shower.

There’s a neat family bathroom, plus an extra shower – the perfect spot to de-sand after an invigorating dip in the bay. The private, fully-fenced rear garden provides plenty of space for children to play, indulge in a game of cricket or swing in the hammock.

Additional features of this gorgeous family getaway include ducted heating, a double garage with remote entry, internet access, and a practical laundry. The Linley Point boat ramp is situated only metres away, and the property is close to main Mornington beaches, reserves and a playground.
