All the kitchen luxury conveniences are present including a double door fridge/freezer, bar mixer, pasta machine, Smeg dishwasher, gas oven and a microwave.

The Master bedroom is located on the upstairs level, at the rear of the property, overlooking the 8 x 2.5m wide lap pool. With high ceilings, a spacious room, a luxurious high quality king bed, magnificent floor to ceiling tiled bathroom (shower/toilet/double vanity), walk in robe and private balcony with views across to Arthur’s Seat and Red Hill.

Downstairs at the entrance to the property there are 2 spacious queen bedrooms, one overlooking the pool, with a huge walk in robe. Both bedrooms share an ensuite (bath/toilet/shower/2 vanities) with floor to ceiling tiles. A concealed laundry contains a washing machine and dryer. The second bedroom on this lower level opens onto the lower level living room, containing a double day bed (perfect for older children), a flat screen TV with X-Box overlooking a French Provincial courtyard garden.

Light, open and airy, holiday relaxation has been perfected at C’est Moi. The rear paved pool area has recliners and an outdoor setting. The 2-burner BBQ is stored in the double lock up garage as is a kayak for guests use. The pool is 2.5m wide, 8 m long and 1.5 m deep with a small shallow end. The pool area is fully fenced and private. Access to the property is through the rear garage and pool area.
