Melrohs is located in the rural heartland of Boneo, boasting beautiful rural views across to Cape Schanck National Park and located opposite Boneo Wetlands but close enough to be a short drive to Gunnamatta Beach, Gunnamatta Horse Trials and the Peninsula Hot Springs. Red Hill is an easy 10 minute drive away.
Catch the seabreezes up the valley from the front entertaining deck and watch the sun rise and set from this peaceful domain.
Relax in the front living room, infront of the plasma or admire the views. The large kitchen, open plan dining overlooking the pool and covered entertainers deck are perfect for entertaining. There is a second living room with a wood fireplace, plasma/DVD and 6 stack CD player and stereo.
This lovely holiday house sleeps 10 people in the main house and an additional 4 in the children's retreat (which includes 2 bunk beds). The bedding configuration in the main house is: Master - queen and spa bath ensuite, 1 x king bedroom, 2 x doubles, 1 x king single, there is also a king single sofa bed.
Other features include: i-Pod connectivity and Wi FI, air conditioning and heating, laundry, port-a-cot (BYO linen), highchair and parking for up to 6 cars and a boat.
