Designed over the three levels, this fantastic older style coastal beach house can sleep up to 12 guests. There are 2 king size beds, 2 x queens, 2 x double bunks, 2 x fold out beds.

The top level is exquisitely designed as an adult retreat, housing the king size bed, high definition wide screen TV, ensuite and walk in robe. On the same level is a private lounge room with reverse cycle air-conditioning, leather couches, recliner, wide screen digital television, DVD, video, bar, video library, leather ottoman (single bed) and ensuite.

On the second level, there are 2 further bedrooms (1 x queen bed and 1 x queen, a bunk and small childs bed in another), an adjoining bathroom, family room and separate dining indoors and outside on the expansive deck.

The "Brig" lower level suite is perfect for another family/older children and acts as separate studio accommodation (priced accordingly). There is a queen size bed, double bunks, bathroom (with shower), television, video and stereo. This level also houses an outdoor gas heated spa, perfect for relaxing in after a busy day at the beach.

Each of the three levels has ample living area and there's no shortage of deck space to encourage you to make the most of the sea air and sunshine. The main living area has a Saxon log fire (or air conditioning for summer), dining table for eight, plenty of casual lounge seating and a digital wide screen television with DVD, video and stereo. The kitchen has all you could need including a dishwasher and breadmaker. The large main deck has an outdoor setting for ten, a shade sail and umbrella. Practicality and holiday relaxation is well balanced at Quarterdeck-Clifftop.
