Mandalay has superb décor with ample light flowing into the living space. Gaze out at an expansive north facing private garden, such a relaxing outlook you will never want to leave. The indoor/outdoor flow onto the rear deck creates a wonderful outdoor room. This space is perfect for al fresco dining, relaxing on the outdoor lounges and listening to the gentle sounds of the sea and bird life.
This property is a short stroll (400 metres) to gentle local bay beach and Blairgowrie Village, housing superb cafes (and coffee!) and restaurants brimming with beachside lifestyle.
There are ample personal touches at Mandalay; the outdoor shower, games chest in the living room, fully stocked gourmet kitchen, 2 refrigerators, an open fireplace, exercise bike, BBQ, outdoor setting for 10 with a retractable umbrella, indoor dining for 10. Accommodating everyone is no problem at all. The open plan dining, kitchen (with breakfast bar) and living allow children to be viewed playing outdoors.
There are 3 bedrooms and another living area, which can serve as a fourth bedroom/entertainment zone. The Master has a king bed (and ensuite – with shower and toilet) and overlooks the rear garden. There is a queen bedroom and another with a bunk bed and 2 singles. The second living area has a double sofa bed. All bedrooms are carpeted with ceiling fans and wardrobes.
A double carport is available, as is Wireless Broadband, reverse cycle heating/cooling and central heating.
